由陕西省半导体行业协会、西安高新技术企业协会和西安芯派电子科技有限公司联合主办的“2013 led技术发展研讨会”于2013年11月28日在陕西西安高新区都市之门会议中心顺利召开。

中国led作为新兴的绿色能源产业，近年来以产值每年30%以上的增速在高速发展，经过短短数年的积累，中国已成为全球生产规模最大的led产业基地。快速发展过程中也带来了各种问题，诸如同质化竞争、价格战、产能过剩、缺乏高端产品等等，如何解决这些问题，已成为目前led行业进行市场调整的关注点。

作为一个提供完整半导体功率器件和电源应用测试及分析的开放性实验室，西安芯派电子在2012年和2013年举办了数次国际研讨会，累计逾两千人次参加，也取得了广泛好评和良好的效果。通过企业不断探究及业务领域的延伸，芯派科技又专项投资建设了开放性的led检测实验室，用以对led性能、系统和可靠性进行检测，目的为提高led产品的性能与可靠性提供科学、客观的数据及分析结果，促进设计企业及生产型企业高品质化发展。参加此次研讨会的专家、学者以及企业代表集聚一堂，就国际及海峡两岸最新的科技成就、发展趋势、市场动态等资讯及目前led行业发展的热点话题等展开深度沟通与交流。

在本次研讨会上专家们就led最新检测设备及方法，例如led高加速寿命检测评估系统及phase 11 热阻测试等检测手段都做了专题讲座，受到与会嘉宾及工程师朋友的重点关注，讨论激烈。不仅如此，包括海峡两岸的共通标准、技术专利等问题在研讨会上都做了新的探讨，与会企业与专家们局led光生物效应、led模组设计、专利诉讼案及半导体照明控制芯片的标准等具体问题进行了讨论，向全国半导体照明标准工作组和led产业及应用联盟提出了led光生物影响评估与控制、国内led企业专利战略布局、半导体照明标准覆盖范围、led模块及驱动标准件化设计思路等新的提案。

此次会议得到了中国led产业与应用联盟、国家led标准制定委员会、陕西省科技厅、陕西省工信厅光伏产业处、陕西省半导体企业技术协会、陕西省集成电路中心、陕西省半导体照明企业联盟、西安市外专局、西安高新区等相关部门领导及国际、海峡两岸的技术专家和企业嘉宾的大力支持。

as a developing green energy industry, chinese led industry increases production value more than 30% per year these years. china became the world's largest led production base. there are lots of problems happened during such rapid development, such as homogeneity competition, price wars, excess capacity, lack of high-end products and so on. how to solve the problems is important for market adjusting. for every solution, speeding up the innovation, integrating resource, or balancing the development, it’s the key to success to get the latest information of science and technology, industry developments and new industry standards.

as an open laboratory which has the most complete capability to perform the testing and analysis to power device and power supply application, semipower power device testing & application center held successfully international seminars in 2012 and 2013. the total attendees are over 2000 person-time. it got high approval and good effects. in order to drive the industry technology exchange and development, to provide the better technology support, we established led testing lab and equipped the capability of led performance and reliability testing.
